Brooklyn-born, Parsons-schooled, Mizrahi is a designer, author, actor, director, talk show and reality TV host, dancer, singer, illustrator, costume designer and stand-up comic. He has won four CFDA awards, including a special award in 1996 for his groundbreaking documentary “Unzipped.” In September 2009, he opened his first freestanding shop in Manhattan. In December, 2009, he launched his lifestyle collection, IsaacMizrahiLive! on QVC. In 2003, he revolutionized the industry by teaming with Target to launch a collection of designer clothes at affordable prices. His daily web series, watchisaac.com, features his unique take on cooking, trends, style and entertaining.
