An FIT graduate, Moses grew up in New Jersey, and opened her first collection at age 21. After closing her New York-based company in 1992, she moved to Italy, where she designed the Genny collection in 1993, continued as a consultant and developed her current label in 1996. For spring, 2010, she is delivering the same fashion sensibility of her eponymous collection in the more affordable Rebecca Moses Heart Soul Style, a license with the Oxford division of Li and Fung. She also produces home, gift and tabletop collections under the same label. Another collection, Rebecca Moses Style Journey, appeared on HSN in May. Her first book, A Life of Style, which she wrote and illustrated, will be published this fall by The Monacelli Press. Fall 2010 is also the launch date of her exclusive Rebecca Moses collection for Neiman Marcus.
